A FOCUS ON OUR DESIGNER.

"I love my shoes, their silhouette and their magical balance".

Damiano Marini was born in Rome in 1984. After graduating in Economics, he decided to follow his innate passion for fashion, especially for the footwear industry, attending courses in Footwear Design and Development at the International Footwear School and Research Centre CERCAL, in San Mauro Pascoli. Afterwards, Damiano Marini worked as a freelance shoe designer for Italian luxury brands such as CASADEI, and then he pursued her own line of footwear that bears his name in March of 2015. The brand is constantly growing: in 2016 he is among the talents selected for the Fashion Hub Market and in 2017 he is among the finalists of WHO IS ON NEXT 2017? promoted by Vogue Italia and Altaroma. Moreover, Damiano Marini's shoes win over the stars; Sabrina Impacciatore, Carolina Crescentini, Alessandra Amoroso, Andrea Delogu and Laura Pausini are some of the celebrities that choose to wear his creations.

FULL OF STYLE, DAMIANO MARINI SHOES ARE RECOGNIZABLE

FOR THE HEEL AND DELTA EMBELLISHING  AND THEIR

SIGNATURE STYLE.

A contemporary twist, dynamism and extreme femininity characterize the stylistic universe of Damiano Marini, who cleverly combines the excellence of Made in Italy in a sophisticated and ultramodern design. The heterogeneous aesthetic of each creation is a “creative pretext” for experimenting with unusual materials and colors, through the use of laminated, mirrored or embroidered leather. The attention to detail is obsessive: the protagonists are buckles and straps, which give character and uniqueness to his shoes. The “Wing Heel” is the iconic symbol of the brand and it is matched with the latest introduction: “Delta”, a minimal-shaped precious detail that characterizes the toe box of the shoe.

Elegance and iconic femininity are the grounds on which the new Spring Summer Collection 2019 designed by Damiano Marini stands. From pumps to flat shoes, the “Rock & Chic” capsule collection is aimed to tell a new footwear story where the most classic style meets what is to be seen as modern. The Roman designer easily plays with the most refined materials such as suede, varnish and calfskin combining them with either softer shades such as nude and baby pink or more rock nuances like red, gold and black. The “wing heel”, that is the iconic symbol of the brand, is matched with the latest introduction of this collection: “Delta”, a minimal-shaped precious detail that characterizes the toe box of the shoe. Made of nickel or light gold galvanized brass, it gives a sophisticated and bold allure as to define with strength the distinctive trait of the brand.
